Install the iGEMS Mobile app on your Apple or Android smartphone, and manage your bookings, availability and rates from wherever you go.
The interactive calendar lets you add new and modify bookings and blocks, instantly updating your central iGEMS PMS and connected Online Travel Agent calendar and inventory.
Manage reservation accounts and add statement entries and charge expenses. Email Reservation Forms and Invoices from your smartphone.
Set rates and restrictions while on the move and view occupancy statistics at the tap of a date.
The app supports light and dark modes to suit you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Install Instructions:
- Click the above link to download a file named com.berrysoftware.igemspms.apk to your device.
- Once downloaded, Open it or locate it in your browser 'Downloads' folder (browser Settings > Downloads). Tap the file to install. If you're unable to locate the download, locate the file using your usual File Manager to find the file com.berrysoftware.igemspms.apk in the 'Downloads' folder. Tap the file to install.
- If it's the first time you're installing iGEMS Mobile, you may see a message advsing that the app your are using to download and install does not permit the install of unknown apps. Please see the section 'Permission to Install Unknown Apps' for guidance.
- Google Play Protect may suggest you scan the iGEMS Mobile app prior to install. iGEMS Mobile is a safe and secure app, but you can run a scan is you choose. You can skip a scan in the 'More Details' section, pictured below.
- After install is complete, tap the iGEMS Mobile icon on your home screen.
- You'll need access to your usual iGEMS PMS system to obtain the information required by the app to get started with it.

Permission to Install Unknown Apps
- You'll only have to perform this the first time you install iGEMS Mobile.
- When opening the downloaded iGEMS Mobile App file, you may be told you don't have permission to install unknown apps. Here's how to proceed.
- Tap 'Settings' followed by selecting the toggle switch to ON to give permission to Install Unknown apps.
- Note the images here are to give permission to the FIREFOX browser app, since that is the app that is being used to download and install iGEMS Mobile in this example.
- If you're using another app to run the install for iGEMS Mobile, set the permission to install unknown apps at Settings > Apps > App Info as shown in the third image in this section.
During install, Google Play Protect may suggest you scan the iGEMS Mobile app before installign it.
The iGEMS Mobile app is safe and secure, but you can run the scan if you wish.
To skip a scan, tap 'More Details' followed by 'Install Without Scanning'.
