Located in a quiet residential area, nestled under the 12 Apostle mountains, 5 minutes drive from the beachfront restaurants, bars and cafes, central for Cape Town City and the main tourist attractions, the CAPE ROSE PENTHOUSE offers 1 or 2 adults exclusive and private use of the upper floor of CAPE ROSE COTTAGE as a luxury self-catering apartment with panoramic sea and mountain views, a spacious lounge and balcony, and an adjoining air-conditioned suite with a bedroom, an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, and a kitchen.
Please be aware that Cape Rose Cottage may be unsuitable for anyone with a disability that compromises their ability to navigate steps and stairs.
Minimum Stay Policy
- March to Easter 2026 - 4 nights
- September, October 2026 - 4 nights
- November 2026 to Easter 2027 - 5 nights (excluding peak period dates)
- Dates booked during the peak period from 13th December to 10th January to be part of a 14 night stay.
